Shutting Down/Storing Espresso Machine

One of our accounts has a seasonal oceanside business and now wants to shut down their 2-group Synesso until next Spring. What is the best way to mothball for a period of months?
... but how does it taste?

Ideally I imagine you'd want to:

- Clean the heck out of the groupheads while any filth is still fresh (including under the old gaskets)

- Break down and clean the brew valves, in addition to swapping in new gaskets and dispersion screens so everything is "good to go" when the machine is wanted again

- If it were me I'd clean all of the panels and all of the insides wherever possible without removing boilers (I may go a little over the top here given the horrors I've seen when machines aren't cleaned internally after years of service)

- Completely empty all 3 boilers as a precaution (in case of freeze damage to boilers and tubes)

- Keep the machine covered to prevent dust accumulation and store in a temperature stable environment

- Give her a kiss goodbye
