Now has anyone used a Kony?

Hey gang, I noticed that there are a few posts about the Mazzer Kony from a few years back but I am wondering if anyone has had a chance to really run one in a commercial setting, specifically the Electronic version? It looks and seems like it would be great for a medium-volume cafe but I don't know anyone using one in this setting. If you are out there and have words for me, please address the following:

-Is it reliable?
-Is it clumpy?
-Is it consistent?
-How long does it take to grind 19g of coffee
-Is it easy to clean?
-Does it get hot?

Thanks chaps.

Ed

The Mazzer Kony, more than the Robur, has benefitted a TON from the addition of the pregrinder/auger. Before the auger, beans (esp. larger sized) had a hard time feeding into the burrs, but it's great now. ~19g takes about 6-7 seconds or so. It's no more or less clumpy than a Robur-E. It's MORE consistent than the Robur though, simply because it's not as fast. Yes it gets hot, but every grinder does.

We just started using Kony-E about 2 weeks ago, for decaf next to Robur-E. We are really liking them. They perform very much like a Robur, similar timing. They don't hold quite as much ground coffee in the burr chamber, as it is smaller. Still too much, but less.

I've been wondering about this. Sounds promising.

How loud is it compared to the Robur?
