I was tired of hearing people get excited (jokingly and not) about having bourbon in their coffee. Some were honestly concerned, others thought it was a tasting note.
The addition of the dialectic mark to our menus has brought many questions about coffee varietals. It seems to inspire the uninitiated to ask: "hey, what's this?".
I've noticed that a few roasters use the accent. I like it and I'm keeping it. Similar experiences?
